Description:
A rare opportunity in paradise. Set along the pristine shores of Love Beach in Forbes Hill, Little Exuma, Papaya House occupies a coveted stretch of coastline where beachfront homes seldom come to market. With approximately 124 ft of powdery white sand beachfront, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, two-storey retreat sits on a 17,757 sq. ft. lot overlooking Exuma's turquoise waters. Built with concrete-core construction and roll-down hurricane shutters, the home features spacious living areas, renovated bathrooms, an upper-level oceanview balcony, and covered spaces for dining and entertaining. An established vacation rental, Papaya House has ranked among VRBO's top 1% of homes, with over 120 five-star guest reviews. From morning beach walks and kayaking in crystal-clear waters to sunset dining by the sea, every day invites island living at its finest. Whether a family retreat, vacation residence, or income-producing investment, this is a rare chance to secure a home on one of Little Exuma's most beautiful and seldom-available beachfront stretches.
